Meet Your Coach
I’m Johnyee, but most people call me J.
I’m a mom of four, a gym owner, and a coach who found her strength in the middle of real life.
Some mornings I train while my four-year-old tries to copy me on the gym floor. Other days I shift my entire schedule around motherhood and just hope I can squeeze in time to lift. There are times I feel on top of it all, and times I feel like I’m drowning between parenting, business, and trying to be present in my own body. I include my kids in a lot of this because that’s the only way it works right now. There is no perfect balance.
Fitness has never been about being flawless. It’s about finding your way back to yourself again and again. That’s what I teach, and that’s what I live. If you’ve ever felt like you're doing it all and still trying to hold on to your strength, you belong here.
